Dr. Childebert St. Louis, Medical Director
Dr. Childebert St. Louis serves as the Medical Director for Visiting Docs, overseeing a medical clinic in Spring Valley and several assisted living sites across New York State. In addition, he holds the position of Medical Director for numerous nursing homes and rehabilitation facilities in the Hudson Valley region. Currently, Dr. St. Louis is the Medical Director of the hospitalist group at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Yonkers, NY. He is a board-certified family medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families. With over 22 years of experience in the medical field, Dr. St. Louis has demonstrated expertise in primary care, hospital medicine, and long-term care. His commitment to patient-centered care and leadership in multiple healthcare settings have made him a respected figure in the medical community. Fluent in English, French Creole, and Spanish, Dr. St. Louis has provided culturally competent care to Visiting Docs’ diverse patient population since 2022.

Saeeda Anam, Physician Assistant
Saeeda Anam is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a passion for providing high-quality care across diverse medical disciplines, including emergency medicine, internal medicine, and primary care. She is committed to ensuring patient well-being through accurate diagnoses, effective treatment plans, and compassionate care. With extensive clinical rotation experience in areas such as orthopedics, dermatology, pediatrics, geriatrics, and OB/GYN, Saeeda has honed her expertise in managing complex cases and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. She is an active member of professional organizations, including the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the New York State Society of Physician Assistants (NYSSPA).

Mary Bernardo, Nurse Practitioner
Mary Bernardo is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of experience in primary and critical care, providing comprehensive healthcare across the lifespan. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Rutgers University and has a strong background in both clinical practice and healthcare leadership. Throughout her career, Mary has served in primary care, urgent care, and telehealth settings, delivering preventive care, managing chronic conditions, and conducting health-risk assessments. Her expertise spans internal medicine, pediatrics, gynecologic care, acute and chronic disease management, and patient education.

Regina Cataldo, Physician Assistant
Regina Cataldo, PA received her undergraduate degree in basic medical sciences from Fordham University 1988. She then earned her Master of Public Health Degree from NYU Medical College in 1995 and her Physician Assistant Degree from St Vincent/St. John’s Catholic Medical Center in 2006. She is a member in good standing of AAPA and NCCPA.

Wayne Chan, Nurse Practitioner
Wayne Chan is a board certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with a holistic approach to care. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kean University, and a Master's degree in Nursing from Russell Sage College. He is credentialed with St. Peter's Hospital, Samaritan Hospital, and Sunnyview Acute Rehab Hospital and affiliated with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. He is also an adjunct professor, clinical instructor, preceptor, and on the NYS Board of Nursing and education committee. He completed a geriatric fellowship with rotations in palliative care, hospice, urology, cardiology, geropsychiatry, wound care, physical medicine and rehab, subacute rehab, and long term care.

Shella Frenel, Nurse Practitioner
Shella Frenel is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of dedicated experience across acute care, long-term care, and outpatient settings. She brings a wealth of expertise in managing complex medical conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, cancer, and post-surgical recovery. Her clinical background spans specialties such as bariatric surgery, neurosurgery, oncology, and geriatric care. With advanced degrees from SUNY Downstate Medical Center and SUNY New Paltz, Shella continues to drive excellence in clinical practice, mentoring new nurses, and staying at the forefront of healthcare innovation.

Rodrico Gordon, Nurse Practitioner
Rodrico Gordon is a dedicated and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in internal medicine, urology, and urgent care. With a strong foundation in both acute and chronic disease management, he is committed to delivering ethical and reliable healthcare services to diverse patient populations. He specializes in diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, and chronic illnesses. His expertise extends to pain management, patient education, and the development of comprehensive care plans. His clinical background includes experience in urgent care, ambulatory care, long-term care management and tele-health. Passionate about patient-centered care, Rodrico continues to integrate evidence-based practice into his clinical approach, ensuring the highest quality of care for his patients.

Natasha Harris, Nurse Practitioner
Natasha Harris is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) licensed in Florida and New York, with extensive experience in primary care, urgent care, telemedicine, and women’s health. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Pace University and has a strong background in preventive care, disease management, and patient education across diverse healthcare settings. With a deep passion for preventive healthcare and patient advocacy, Natasha is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate, and accessible care to patients of all ages.

Dawn Hendriks, Nurse Practitioner
Dawn E. Hendriks is an experienced and board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with over four decades of clinical and leadership expertise in healthcare. She holds dual master’s degrees in Nursing and Education from Seton Hall University and has dedicated her career to improving patient care across diverse settings, including oncology, primary care, women’s health, and occupational health. Dawn’s clinical expertise encompasses advanced gynecological care, cancer patient navigation, critical care, and chronic disease management. Her certifications include Adult Nurse Practitioner Board Certification as well as specialized training in sexually transmitted diseases and patient navigation.

Farrukh Katel, Physician Assistant
Farrukh Katel is a highly experienced and board-certified Physician Assistant with over 15 years of expertise in emergency medicine, urgent care, and primary care. He is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and improving health outcomes through comprehensive assessments, accurate diagnoses, and effective treatment planning. Farrukh is a Telehealth Physician Assistant facilitating remote consultations, homecare assessments, and referrals to ensure continuity of care. Farrukh holds a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from St. John's University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He maintains active certifications, including NCCPA Board Certification, and is a longstanding member of both the New York State Society of Physician Assistants (NYSSPA) and the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).

Shana Malette, Nurse Practitioner
Shana Malette is a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in primary care, hospital settings, and integrative medicine. She is adept at interpreting test results, diagnosing conditions, and developing personalized care plans for patients of all ages. Shana combines her expertise in traditional healthcare with alternative therapies, including herbal medicine and mindfulness practices, to deliver optimal preventative care. Shana holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the College of New Rochelle and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Buffalo. She is board-certified by the ANCC.

Terri-Ann McLean, Nurse Practitioner
Terri-Ann McLean, FNP is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years combined nursing experience. After serving 4 years active duty as a combat medic in the United States Army Terri-Ann received a Bachelor’s degree in nursing from The College of New Rochelle. She returned to The College of New Rochelle’s holistically based nursing program to earn a Master’s of Science degree in Nursing. Her career experience includes emergency medicine, acute home care, long term care and primary care. Terri-Ann believes healthcare is a partnership between patients and their providers, and that providing compassionate care, can and should always be coupled with competent care. This philosophy is reflected in each of Terri-Ann’s patient encounters, in which she offers respect for individual preferences, patience in providing information and dedication to her delivery of care.

Crysti Mincey, Nurse Practitioner
Crysti Mincey is an accomplished Nurse Practitioner with over two decades of diverse healthcare experience, ranging from acute and primary care to leadership roles in nursing administration. She has previously served as a Nurse Practitioner at Peyman Younesi Medical Group and MHPS Medical Group, providing specialized care in telehealth, clinics, and long-term care facilities. Crysti holds a Master of Science in Nursing (AGNP-C) from Adelphi University, a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mercy College. Her extensive clinical certifications include IV Therapy, ACLS, BLS, and AANP Board Certification, among others.

Stephanie Nazaire, Nurse Practitioner
Stephanie Nazaire is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in addiction medicine, primary care, and urgent care. With extensive clinical experience, she is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered healthcare services to diverse populations. Stephanie earned her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practice from Lehman College CUNY and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University. Passionate about improving health outcomes, Stephanie integrates evidence-based practice, patient education, and compassionate care into her clinical approach, ensuring optimal wellness for her patients.

Nimishaben Patel, Physician Assistant
Nimisha Patel is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with over a decade of experience in emergency medicine, psychiatry, urgent care, and home healthcare. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) at Lynchburg University, further advancing her expertise in patient care. Nimisha earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro University-New York and graduated Magna Cum Laude from York College. Fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, English, and conversational Spanish, Nimisha is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care across diverse populations.

Dr. Alec Pruchnicki
Alec grew up in New York City, attended public schools, Fordham college for his bachelor’s degree and did basic science research on aging at the City University of New York before medical school. He graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1985, completed an Internal Medicine residency at Overlook Hospital in New Jersey and then a fellowship in geriatric medicine at UCLA. Since returning to New York in 1990 Alec has worked in a variety of in-patient and out-patient practices and for the last twenty years has had a primary care geriatrics practice at a community-run, non-profit, Medicaid supported assisted living facility in Manhattan.

Dr. Mickey Sharma
Dr. Mickey Sharma is a seasoned physician with over two decades of expertise in internal medicine and geriatrics. A graduate of Boston University School of Medicine, Dr. Sharma completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine and Critical Care at Brown University, followed by a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at the John Burns School of Medicine, University of Hawaii. Since 2000, Dr. Sharma has served as Medical Director for 11 assisted living facilities and five nursing homes while maintaining a thriving private practice specializing in geriatric care. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and actively involved in acute and critical care medicine, offering comprehensive care to patients with complex needs.

Ryanna Smith, Nurse Practitioner
Ryanna Smith is a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of clinical expertise in diverse healthcare settings. She is highly skilled in providing comprehensive primary care, mental health services, and home-based patient management, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. Ryanna holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from Nova Southeastern University. She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

Marie Valles, Nurse Practitioner
Marie Valles is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of diverse healthcare experience, including acute care, chronic disease management, orthopedics, bariatrics, and geriatric care. Known for her compassionate approach and ability to connect with patients, Marie excels in providing high-quality, patient-centered care across the lifespan. Marie earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Mount Saint Mary College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mercy College. She is ANCC board-certified and actively engaged in professional organizations, including the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
